PDP's former legislator booked in Kishtwar | KNO

Jammu, July 20 (KNO) : Jammu and Kashmir police has booked Firdous Ahmed Tak, former member legislative council and a senior leader of people's democratic party for sensitive remarks. Police sources told KNO that a protest demonstration was held at Kishtwar on Friday which was led by Tak in which decision of administration to strengthen village defence committee was objected. Protesters had also demand rolling back the decision whereas slogans against administration were also raised. Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir police in Kishtwar has now booked Tak and a case in FIR 163/2019 under sections 153-A and 120-B RPC has been registered in Kishtwar police station. FIR has been registered by police in which former legislator has been booked. (KNO)
